Check Out Your Eyes! Vision Screening Test for Students

In another endeavour from SJSS to ensure the well being of our children, a periodic vision screening test was conducted by Sai Jyothi Eye Institute(SJEI) on 1st Nov 2018, for all the students, from LKG through class 10. The main emphasis of this program is to identify vision problems at the initial stage itself. Upon finding any such deviations, the doctor recommends a comprehensive eye and vision examination.

As many as 250 children attended the vision test. Post-evaluation, around ten children were spotted with potential  for vision issues and were referred for further investigation. This way we ensured that any eye problems are catered to at the preliminary stage.

At the conclusion of the event, our beloved principal Beula Gabriel thanked and appreciated the efforts of the people of SJEI. A vote of thanks was given to the eye testing staff from our school staff for supporting us in this activity.
